Returns & Damages Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:
- Unopened/unused products in original packaging
- Damaged or defective items (see Section 3)
- Proof of purchase required
2. How to Return
- Visit magnegameshop.com/returns
- Complete the return request form
- Ship items to the provided address (tracking recommended)
3. Damaged/Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours via magnegameshop.com/contact
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll replace or refund immediately
4. Refunds
- Processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
- Issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs non-refundable (unless our error)
5. Non-Returnable Items
Cannot return:
- Opened puzzles (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized/custom-made items
- Clearance/discounted products marked “Final Sale”
6. Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping (except for damaged items)
- Use a tracked service – we’re not responsible for lost returns
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Identical replacement of damaged items
- Size/color swaps (subject to availability)
8. International Returns
Outside the UK:
- Return shipping and customs fees are your responsibility
- Label packages as “RETURNED GOODS”
9. Missing/Lost Orders
If your order doesn’t arrive:
- Contact us within 30 days
- We’ll investigate with the carrier
