Returns & Damages Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Unopened/unused products in original packaging
  • Damaged or defective items (see Section 3)
  • Proof of purchase required

2. How to Return

  1. Visit magnegameshop.com/returns
  2. Complete the return request form
  3. Ship items to the provided address (tracking recommended)

3. Damaged/Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours via magnegameshop.com/contact
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • We’ll replace or refund immediately

4. Refunds

  • Processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs non-refundable (unless our error)

5. Non-Returnable Items

Cannot return:

  • Opened puzzles (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized/custom-made items
  • Clearance/discounted products marked “Final Sale”

6. Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping (except for damaged items)
  • Use a tracked service – we’re not responsible for lost returns

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Identical replacement of damaged items
  • Size/color swaps (subject to availability)

8. International Returns

Outside the UK:

  • Return shipping and customs fees are your responsibility
  • Label packages as “RETURNED GOODS”

9. Missing/Lost Orders

If your order doesn’t arrive:

  • Contact us within 30 days
  • We’ll investigate with the carrier
